My client manufactures and distributes medical immunodiagnostic test
kits and related instrumentation which utilise technology derived from
immunology and molecular biology.  They are looking for a Technical
Support Specialist within their Technical Operations Department.

The UK Technical Support group is responsible for the management of UK
customer complaints and enquiries.  The group carries out
investigations, trouble shooting activities and complaint trending
activities on the company products as a result of these contacts.

The successful candidate will share the responsibility for the
day-to-day operation of the group with respect to recording and
resolving customer complaints and enquiries.  It is essential that the
candidate has immunoassay and clinical chemistry experience and
troubleshooting skills.  Clinical experience would be an advantage.

The position also requires computer literacy as well as a high standard
of both written and oral communication skills as regular customer
contact is an essential part of the position.

The role is based in North Wales but may occasionally require travel
within the UK..
