Assuming I filed an article of organization for an LLC named
"MYVERYUNIQUENAME LLC", and then filed a tradename registration for
"myVERYUNIQUENAME" - do I also have the legal rights for
"MYVERYUNIQUENAME"?
Notice the subtlety: the only difference is that some of the letters
are lower-case while in the other all of them are capital letters.
If this difference matters and I would like to own both
"myVERYUNIQUENAME" and "MYVERYUNIQUENAME", do I have to file two (2)
tradename registrations in order to be covered?
Or... are all lower/upper case permutations of the tradename
considered one (e.g. "iPod" = "IPOD") from legal point of view?
Thanks,
Victor
