You can actually get BG to commit themselves to a morning or afternoon
appointment. The only catch their is that they won't tell you on which day
they intend to call.

Have you considered signing up to their Gold Care Scheme. It doesn't mean
that anyone will ever turn up when they say they will, but for just £47.50 a
Year (Direct Debit only), they do guarantee that
when you speak to anyone at BG they will occasionally provide you with a
very convincing impression that they actually give a toss about doing
anything to help you.

Or maybe go for the Platinum Care Scheme at £74.99 a Year when they will
*always* give you the same false impression.

Remarkably good value by today's standards !
