Gordy, if the treatment that's being complained of took place 30 Years ago
there is absolutely no possibility of taking legal action after this length
of time.
There are experts on this group who can tell you about time limits but
generally speaking your Mum can only take legal action in respect of
possibly negligent medical treatment which has taken place within the last
three Years, or that she could only reasonably have become aware of it
within the last three Years.
