You can obtain an OEM copy of Motorola Phone Tools. Some come with a
Mini-USB to USB 2.0 cable. You can then sync your contacts, calendar,
MP3 sounds, photos or videos with what you have on your desktop or
laptop pc. Alternatively, you can back phone book, pictures, ringtones
to folders on your pc. You can also go the other way and select jpg
photos to upload to your phone for wallpaper. Likewise, you can
customize MP3 files for upload as Ringtones. If you backup your pc hard
drives, then everything is backed up.

The Motorola Phone Tools work with UPC cable, or Bluetooth if your PC
has it or you use a Bluetooth UPC adapter.
