What else would you expect the pharmacist to say? You go in and say, the
leaflet says these drugs might be harmful when taken together. The
pharmacist will not know whether the doctor was aware of the interaction,
but would know that a drug combination that presented a significant risk
that had been knowingly prescribed, it would be to treat a condition that
presented a greater risk. The only possible option open to the pharmacist
would be to advise against taking the drugs until you had confirmed the
prescription with the doctor who wrote it.

If you told us what the two drugs are, there would be a larger pool of
people to spread the word.
