Can someone give me a technical explanation of what additional "things"
(software, profiles etc.) are needed  in a generic Bluetooth headset in
order for it to work with VoIP via a Bluetooth USB dongle? There must be
something different since companies usually offer Bluetooth headset and USB
dongle combinations.
