I need help troubleshooting a Sysmex K-1000 hematology analyzer. It passes 
the initial start up check, but it is not sucking any of the sulfolyzer 
reagent. Thus, the RBC are not lyzed and I am not getting any readings for 
HGB's. I tried flushing the line with a syringe and bleach, but the line is 
really plugged up.  BTW, the instrument doesn't have a maintenance contract 
and we do not have availability of technical help in person or by phone. I 
would really appreciate any suggestions.
